Have a quick warm up by doing some easy pace light swings, goblet squats and round the body passes.

Set your timer for 5 minutes

GO

Complete as many as you can in 5 minutes and record your results.

Do this every 2 weeks and you can really get a grip on monitoring your fitness levels and achievements; and you have the added benefits of the personal challenge it gives you.
