About our boot camp: Super Fit’s Boot Camp is a cardiovascular based, strength training workout. We use treadmills at various speeds and inclines. For those that don’t want to run can use the many other cardiovascular tools such as ellipticals and ‘spinning’ bikes.
The workout is very similar to circuit training but with much more variety and equipment to use. The strength training tools and exercises we use are immense and one can burn, on average, up to 800 calories in 50 minutes.
