Press & Wall-Up Suicide 10 rounds – 10 reps, 9 reps, 8 reps…all the way to 1 rep (NO REST!)
Back & Climb Suicide 10 rounds – 10 reps, 9 reps, 8 reps…all the way to 1 rep (NO REST!)
Lateral Raises 10 reps , 10 seconds rest for 10 rounds
Bicep Curls 10 reps , 10 seconds rest for 10 rounds
