Every New Year people ask me . I confidently give them my tips and tricks to help anyone shred their midsection and create a chiseled rock solid core. Unfortunately, people eventually slip out of their gym routine and many times it happens before the end of January. March rolls around and the weather is starting to get warm, both males and females know that bathing suit season is quickly approaching. This is when people come to me and ask and I know that they aren’t seeing results because they stopped working on their bodies way back in January. It gets even worse in April and May because this is the time that many people are heading to the beach and going on vacations. They want to look their very best but like I mentioned before, they’ve all stopped their workout routine that they were planning to stick with throughout the year. It gets even worse when people come to me with desperation in the voices and ask me . Many time people need more than a week to get their body back inshape. Instead of telling them to cold hard truth I give them as many work outs and exercises as possible and remind them the importance of sticking to their workout routines forever and not just a week. So if you’re trying to get six pack abs in the New Year, do yourself a favor and find a workout program that works for you, that gives you results, and that you can stick with. Before you start take your measurements of your body, especially your waist and stomach. This provides a baseline and allows for you to see the changes both by the numbers and in the mirror.
