This program is a 4 day split training program comprised of both high intensity and heavy training days for both the upper and lower body.
It is designed with both the fitness model and figure model competition criteria in mind. It will bring up the shoulders, increase the back and V taper, reduce the waist whilst firming and toning the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves.
