So I think I might start posting my daily workout routines. If I miss a day then so be it. But, here is today’s workout.
Wake up and go!
Immediately after I wake up I off and on sprinted for 15 minutes / 1 mile.
Then I rested for 10 minutes and went directly into my first weight lifting session.
Reps and sets below. With my buddy and cousin James! Because it is hell of a lot of help unpinning and repinning the stacks on my gym station.
