I'm doing weights 3 or 4 days at week (with weights that allowed me to make between 13-17 reps) 1 day of relaxed cardio......How much weeks I should see results???? About a year ago, John consulted me to undergo my training and nutrition program. Back then, his body fat percentage was a whooping 30%, weighing at 98kg. John wasn’t naturally fat at all. In fact, John was a thin guy with a naturally high and healthy metabolic. Yet, it beckons the question, how is it that someone with a high metabolic rate ended up looking like a gummy bear? 

3. Physical Health affects Mental Health. Have you been so sick that you find walking from your bed to your bathroom worse than sprinting 100m with max effort? I have! And this affects your mind and spirit. I felt super unfit, and I feel like I'm going on a downward spiral since I'm behind on my work and it slows down my fitness progress.

4. You only have ONE LIFE and time stops for NO ONE! Treasure it! Carpe Diem~!

When you workout, do you feel that your muscles being worked?

Muscles are just like women, you have to break through invisible barriers to know them better (or the other way around).

In order to break through those barriers, and to develop better chemistry & size, it is better to go slow & steady at first. Going fast & furious with ego in the beginning will risk yourself getting unwanted injuries!
