Mmaxout Muscle:
Local trainer and Triathlete, Amber Owens offers a great strength training class which gets those muscles fired up in every workout. Each class throughout the week we focus on all muscle groups and also work LEGS and CORE on a daily basis! This class is for all levels of fitness and we offer modifications based on each person’s needs. Come have fun getting a toner and leaner body with this awesome muscle class!
Mmaxout Kickboxing:
Punch and kick your way through the latest fitness trend. Mmaxout kickboxing is an innovative cardio, core, and muscle building workout that utilizes moves from mixed martial arts to make this a fun and challenging workout! Mmaxout kickboxing is a great way to add variety to your fitness plan while still achieving the results you’re looking for!
Mmaxout Core:
We offer an awesome full on abdominal workout that works all areas of your core from upper, lower, internal and external oblique’s as well as stabilizing the spine in the neutral position throughout every type of movement. It’s fun and challenging and we change the routine for each class. This core workout combined with cardio during your week will get you into shape in no time!
Each week we change our “Theme” of our workouts and everyday there is a different challenge!
1st week of the month: Extreme Week – Cardio based full body workout for 3 min on and 1 min rest…bag work and lots of fun! For all levels of fitness and a routine that builds upon itself and gets you super fit in a short amount of time!
2nd week of the month: Interval Week – Full body workout with Intervals of stop-and-go. Tons of fun and works every muscle group!
3rd week of the month: Rep Week – It’s you against the Reps you count, burning out your muscles and increasing your strength through explosive and muscle shocking movements
4th week of the month: Lean Week – This discipline takes you beyond your cardio performance by combining strength, balance, flexibility, and breathing techniques.
