The workouts in the SWAT Workout Collection include:

Extreme Weight Loss and Fat Burn is a no-nonsense, calisthenic-style program. The aero/tone intervals keep you burning calories as you build lean muscle. The cardio segments are easy-to-follow but tough a mix of sports moves, athletic training and military drills.
