Thank you so very much much to for nominating me for the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award! In excepting the award, I have some questions that I need to answer. So, lets get started shall we…..

In one word, how would you like your readers to describe your blog?

Inspirational!

Which is your most favorite among your blog posts and why?

This is a tough one! I have only been blogging since November or so, so I’m still feeling new to this all 🙂� I do enjoy coming up with my own HIIT workouts and posting them for the readers to try, so any of those posts!!

What/Who inspires most of your blog posts?

My love and interest in health and fitness inspires me to share and help others! It’s really nice to have an outlet where I can share my fitness and health journey without getting judged or misunderstood!

What do you aspire to accomplish this year?

I have many individual fitness goals I am looking forward to accomplishing in 2015! Along with those and some personal goals focusing on my Faith, I plan to continue to blog on My Goodness, begin Graduate school for Business Management, and get my Personal Trainers Certificate. Hellooooo 2015!

What do you aspire to learn this year?

Bring on the knowledge! I have learned SO much about health and fitness since I started blogging and love reading other blogs. I’m dipping my toes in eating dairy free right now and aspire to learn more on that!

What is your favorite book? Why?

Absolutely, the Bible! It’s a book that opens up my eyes to something new EVERY single time I open it. It will forever, be my favorite book.

What is the most courageous thing you have ever done?

oofta! That’s a hard one. Hmmmmm. I would say making the decision to buy our first home in a different state then where my Family is located. That was a tough one for me.

If you could be a superhero? What is your super power?

To be able to get anywhere with the snap of my fingers! I would have no problem living 4 hours from my family!!

Who is your female role model?

Kayla Itsines. She’s amazing!
