There are a ton of workout routines for women at home! It’s a lot easier and cheaper to workout at home than go to a gym; below I’ve listed some home exercises for women. The short routine I made is one of numerous workout routines for women at home. This workout is extremely helpful for losing fat quickly. By the end your heart will be pumping out of your chest. So, let’s begin… [FULL WORKOUT AT ] Workout Routines For Women At Home – Exercise Uno Body-Weight Squats – 15 times Stand up tall, spread your feet shoulder-width apart, and then lower your body as far down as you can by bending your knees. Pause and then slowly push yourself back up. Do this 15 times, rest for 20 seconds before doing mountain climbers. Workout Routines For Women At Home – Exercise Dos Mountain Climbers – 20 times Get into the pushup position with your arms completely straight. Lift your foot off the floor and raise your knee toward your chest. Repeat with your other leg, going back and forth every rep. Dothis 20 times, and then rest for 20 seconds before doing bicycle crunches. Workout Routines For Women At Home – Exercise Tres Bicycle Crunch – 12 times Lie down on the floor and put your hands behind your ears. Lift your legs a little from the floor and bring your shoulders up, so that your arms form a nice V. Then, use your muscles to push your right elbow to your left knee, release, and vice versa.
