Ab Workout Abs are always something people want to fine tune, or get that ripped look. With that being said if you want to have abs that really stick out and have deep valleys, you want to take the time to work them out. Therefor we have come up with an ab workout that involves constantly moving from one exercise to another until you have completed a certain amount of circuits. Here are the ab exercises: Exercise 1: Ab Wheel ~ 10-60 Reps Exercise 2: Roman Chair Knee Raises ~ 10-60 Reps Exercise 3: Situps/Crunches ~ 10-60 Reps Exercise 4: Decline Bench Side Twists ~ 10-60 Reps Your rest between exercises is how long it takes to get from one exercise to the next. You will want to repeat the circuit 2-5 times or as many as possible. You can use this circuit plan with different exercises every time you work your abs, however just make sure you pick one exercise for lowers, uppers and sides and throw in an exercise that hits all areas at once. An example would be the ab wheel exercies. You can do an ab circuit every day (unless you are sore or need a bit more recovery). Fuel SVN is proud to bring you exercise routines to help you stay fit, healthy and motivated. Keep posted for more fitness routines and ab workouts.
