Jeff Sawyer Martial Arts is now offering Fitness Jiu Jitsu classes. This class was designed by Jeff Sawyer, a BJJ Black Belt and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Fitness Jiu Jitsu is the merging of the most effective fighting system in the world, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the most effective conditioning program in the world, CrossFit.
This class, which is offered 5 days a week, provides the opportunity for the busy working person to achieve the highest level of fitness as well as developing real world self defense skills which rely soley on technique as opposed to size, strength and speed to neutralize a larger or stronger attacker.
This class is ideal for everyone who would like to get into shape or augment their current conditioning program and at the same time learn the most effective self defense system in the world. The workouts are a combination of Brazilian jiu Jitsu techniques and drills combined with the most effective elements of CrossFit workouts.
